Please have your insurance card ready when you schedule your appointment and bring it with you to your visit. 

We don’t collect copays for our services. Instead, we bill your insurance.

Hennepin Healthcare processes and bills for lab work. Co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles may apply (read more below). 

All lab work is billed to your insurance separately by Hennepin Healthcare. Co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles may apply.

Please verify with your health insurance company if Hennepin Healthcare is covered. You may be responsible for costs not covered by your insurance.

If you have insurance, but decide not to use it, we’ll ask you to pay for your visit when you check in at the front desk. We take cash or debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
